Description
At Mattress Land, the first order of business is to understand what our customer needs to achieve the very best sleep. Our Sales Associates, or as we like to call them, Sleep Advisors are committed to the BedFIT™ technology. We provide the most proven, reliable tools and industry-leading training to help our Sleep Advisors test products to find an exact match for each customer’s sleep profile.
After the first month of training, you will be an expert Sleep Advisor and can begin to help our customers get a better night sleep.
The basics of the Sales job:
- Help customers get the best bed for their budget
- Sell mattresses, foundations and accessories
- Enter orders and collect payments
- Follow up with both existing customers and prospects to boost sales
- Assist with inventory and upkeep of the store

- Full-time with predictable schedule
- Pay is commission bonus with a guarantee of $16.00 / hour
- Over the last year, our Sales Associates in this area have earned an average of $49,000 annually and our top Sales Associate earned over $72,000.
